So be sure to check for updates before you try loading up multiplayer for yourself. The new update isn’t live just yet, or wasn’t when I checked Halo Infinite for myself, but it should be available later today. 343 claims this will be a “small initial step towards performance based XP” like previous Halo games. New challenges are also coming, including one involving accumulating player score. Being stuck with challenges that require a specific game type to complete, and having the randomized system drop you in every mode but the one you want, is an incredibly irritating problem. That’s another win for gamers, since completing challenges is the only way to level up your Spartan. That should offer a bit more variety to play, especially if you prefer killing enemies to objective-based game types.ģ43i also confirmed that it will be removing the “particularly frustrating mode-specific” challenges from Hall Infinite’s Battle Pass progression, and “reducing some requirements for others” to make the weekly ultimate challenges “less intensive." On top of this the game is set to get a permanent Fiesta playlist, which is a 4 vs 4 Slayer mode that randomizes what weapons and equipment you spawn with, and Free-For-All which ditches the team mechanics and means it’s every Spartan for themselves. The big news is that there will be a dedicated Slayer playlist, alongside the more tactical SWAT mode that equips players with Battle Rifles and strips them of their shields. It can also resolve temporary cache data issues. Sometimes, the problem occurs due to a technical glitch that automatically gets fixed when you restart the game. Subscribe to my YouTube channel here.Today that’s changing, with brand new playlists hitting Halo Infinite’s multiplayer mode, including a number of classic Halo games. Before trying any complex troubleshooting method, it is always advised to restart the game first and see if the issue has been resolved or not. I just hope that 343 Industries and Microsoft are able to speed things up a bit so we can spend more time shooting each other and less time staring at menus and loading screens Thankfully, Xbox and Steam servers haven’t buckled under the pressure of the game’s surprise launch and legions of fans, so even though I’m here complaining about matchmaking, I will readily acknowledge that it could be much worse. Halo Infinite’ s slow matchmaking isn’t a huge deal, either, until you realize how much time it’s cost you-time you could be spending playing the game rather than waiting around to play it. These are small things, sure, but they all add up the more you play. The announcer in Champion Hill goes over that mode’s instructions every single damn time. The new MVP system is a fun addition to the game but ends up occupying way too much time between matches. In my review of Call Of Duty: Vanguard I briefly mention the ways that game can be a little tedious in multiplayer. This feels decidedly not next-gen and a pretty big waste of time given the technology we’re working with. Why is Halo Infinite Multiplayer not Loading Upon analyzing numerous user reports and posts, it has been determined that the Halo Infinite Multiplayer not loading issue can stem from various underlying causes. One time I was 99% sure my computer had simply frozen up entirely before the match started. You typically find a match pretty quickly and then just wait and wait and wait for players to load and the match to actually start. My one big problem with Halo Infinite at this point-outside the very slow progression of the Battle Pass-is just how tedious it is waiting for matches to start.
